Is there a way you can tell if this is happening to you? What a stupid question.

Are you sure you exist? Does someone else need to tell you that? Are you awake? Do you need to bang your head on the wall to check it out?

The only thing you need to know which you might have missed, is that you have only started your process. That innerself which has revealed itself as existing, needs full time care and nourishment to succeed in replacing that fucked up entity of yourself.

How can I help it grow? By placing it foremost in my consciousnessץ How can I prevert and prevent it’s growth? By ignoring it.
